Can I pause or stop my subscription?

Maikkom Pro has no commitment: you can stop at the end of the current monthly period, from your client dashboard.

Maikkom Pro+ has an initial 12-month commitment, then renews for further 12-month periods unless you give 30 days' notice before the term (see "the Pro+ commitment" and "cancelling").

Pause: Maikkom Pro can be paused from your client dashboard (Billing page), with no time limit and no charge during the pause. Your files, invoices and messages remain available; resume whenever you want. The pause is not offered during the Pro+ commitment. Full terms are in our terms & conditions.
